Yes. We make use of Payfast, the reputable and well known online payment processing service that provides safe and secure online payment. All banking details are entered directly onto Payfast’s secure website. Jou Ou Slimmie has no access to your banking details.

The transaction will then be completed on our side and the download links will be sent via email and will also be available on your Downloads page when you are logged in. Please keep in mind that the activation of download links may take longer due to the manual process. If you have not heard from us in 24 hours, please contact us.
No physical products will be sent by post or courier services. Products are downloadable PDF documents which can be downloaded via an automated email containing the download links. The links can also be seen on your account’s Downloads page.
An item can only be purchased once. If you wish to buy a second copy for a friend, you will need to create a second order and pay again. Alternatively, kindly refer your friend to our online shop.
If you are a school that wishes to purchase products to use in more than one classroom, you may want to consider purchasing a multi-classroom licence.
Downloading
Soon after your purchase, an automated email containing the links will be sent to you. Also, check your spam/junk/promotions folders. When you are logged in, you will also find the download links on your downloads page.
Log in to your account on the website.
Navigate to your account dashboard and select ‘Downloads.’
Click on the download links provided in the downloads column. The document should start downloading onto your hard disk drive.
If prompted by your PC or laptop, choose the destination folder for the document.
Locate the downloaded document in your designated folder and open it using your PDF reader. Adobe’s is recommended.
- Kindly check your spam/junk/promotions folders.
- Be sure that your email address is correct.
- When you are logged in, you will also find the download links on your account’s dashboard under the downloads tab.
- If you made an EFT payment, be sure to email the proof of payment – this is an important step. If you have done so, but have not heard from us, please contact us.
- Links from forwarded emails won’t work.
- If you have more than one account, be sure you are logged into the one from which your purchase was made.
- Alternatively, log into your account, navigate to your downloads page and follow the listed download links.
- Download links may have expired (30 days after the date of purchase).
- Don’t worry! We will gladly help! Kindly send an email to info@jououslimmie.co.za.
- It is best to download using a desktop instead of a cellphone.
- Be sure to download when you have a strong internet signal. Some documents are quite large and need a long, uninterrupted time to download properly.
- When documents are quite large, it is best to download them to your computer’s hard drive first. Then, find the file in the designated folder and open it with your PDF reader.

Try reset your password: Go to the My Account page, click on “Lost your password?” insert your email address and reset.
Please use the original email address you used to register.
If you suspect you have entered your email address with a typo, you are welcome to let us know so that we can fix it for you.
- Download the document onto your computer’s hard disk drive.
- To print, navigate to the folder in which the document was saved. Open it with your PDF Reader and click on the print icon.
- Be sure to set the printer settings to A4 size.
- Please note: PDF documents won’t be able to open or print when using editing software.
- All products created by Jou Ou Slimmie are solely for personal use.
- The standard licence is valid for use in ONE core family, or ONE teacher/therapist’s classroom as printouts. Once-off multi-classroom licences are available for schools.
- No sharing with others on the internet, social media platforms, with cloud-storage services, per email or in printed format are allowed.
- No publishing. Products may not be published in physical form or online (website, social media, cloud-storage services etc.).
- No reselling. Products may not be resold. Products are directly available from Jou Ou Slimmie only.
- No reproduced, edited, or modified versions of Jou Ou Slimmie products are allowed. Copyright laws apply.
Two multi-classroom licences are available to schools who wish to pay a once-off fee to make use of Jou Ou Slimmie products in multiple classrooms.
Two options are available:
- For use in up to 5 classrooms.
- For use in up to 10 classrooms.
Because all documents are secured PDF files, they are not editable. You won’t be able to customise a document unless it was specifically indicated.
When an order is “on hold” it means that you have selected the normal EFT payment option. The order will be completed and download links activated after proof of payment was received. Kindly send your proof of payment with the Order# to info@jououslimmie.co.za.
If an order is being processed, it means that your order was completed and the payment transaction was successful. You may download your documents. However, if you have ordered a personalised name booklet, it won’t be available immediately and therefore your order is still in the processing phase.
Orders are automatically cancelled after an hour if payment was unsuccessful; or when a time limit has been reached during the payment process.
If your order has been cancelled earlier and you wish to make payment without creating a new order, kindly send us an email and we will reactivate the order, saving you a bit of time.
