Ts & Cs

  1. All products are digital PDF files made available via download links to download and print yourself. Unfortunately, NO physical products will be sent by post, NO documents will be emailed as attachments, and NO PDFs will be sent via WhatsApp.
  2. Download links expire after 365 days. Please be sure to download the documents in time.
  3. It is best to download using a desktop rather than a cellphone. The clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software to open and use the products sold on the website. Please feel free to use our Freebies for testing purposes.
  4. Be sure to store your downloaded files in a safe place. Jou Ou Slimmie cannot be held responsible for any loss of files.
  5. Download links will be available immediately after a successful transaction via Payfast while EFT payments may take longer. You will find the links on your account’s Downloads page after you log in. An automated email containing the links will also be sent – please check your spam/junk folder. The download links in forwarded emails won’t work.
  6. Please ensure that you have the correct items in your shopping cart i.e. product, language, and quantity of each item etc. No refunds are applicable on digital items.
  7. Documents cannot be printed via any editing software (password protected), please be sure to open and print using a PDF Reader. Printer settings: A4 regular fit.
  8. Products are NOT customisable.
  9. Please ensure that your email address is correct. A faulty address may create login problems and you won’t be able to receive email from us.
  10. Discount coupons and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
  11. We abide by the POPI Act. We DO NOT sell or distribute ANY information to third parties.
  12. Jou Ou Slimmie holds the copyright to all resources and all content on the website.

Licence to use

  1. All products created by Jou Ou Slimmie are solely for personal (ONE core family) or SINGLE classroom use as printouts.
  2. No sharing. Sharing with others on the internet, social media platforms, with cloud-storage services, per email or in any other digital or printed format is strictly prohibited.
  3. No publishing. Products may not be published in physical form or online (website, social media, cloud-storage services, etc.).
  4. No reselling. Products may not be resold. Products are directly available from Jou Ou Slimmie only.
  5. No copying, reproducing, editing, modifying, adapting or creating derivative works that closely resemble or replicate the design, structure, or content of Jou Ou Slimmie products. All rights reserved under copyright law.
  6. By purchasing, the buyer does not acquire any rights beyond using the products as intended.
