Jou Ou Slimmie Affiliate Programme Agreement

This Affiliate Programme Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jou Ou Slimmie, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the individual or entity identified as the “Affiliate” in this Agreement.

1. Definitions:

a. “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity that has been accepted into the Company’s affiliate programme.

b. “Company” refers to Jou Ou Slimmie, the entity offering the affiliate programme.

c. “Customer” refers to the person or entity that makes a purchase through the Affiliate’s referral.

d. “Commission” refers to the compensation paid to the Affiliate for valid referrals according to the terms specified in this Agreement.

e. “Product” or “Service” refers to the goods or services offered by the Company.

2. Affiliate’s Obligations:

a. The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products or services according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

b. The Affiliate shall ensure that all promotion and marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations.

c. The Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

d. The Affiliate may not represent himself/herself as the owner, designer, reseller or employee of the Company.

e. Affiliates must use their unique affiliate links to ensure they receive their commission. These links are essential for tracking and crediting referrals accurately.

3. Commissions:

a. Affiliates will receive a 15% commission for each valid referral.

b. Commissions will be paid every second week, subject to a minimum payout threshold of R250.

c. Commission payments will be made via electronic bank transfer to the Affiliate’s designated bank account.

4. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice at any time. The Company will pay out all money owed to the Affiliate.

b. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Affiliate engages in prohibited activities as outlined in this Agreement.

c. An Affiliate’s account may be disabled if 0 visits were generated from the Affiliate’s efforts within a 6-month period. Prior to the account being disabled, the Company will pay out all money owed to the Affiliate.

5. Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

b. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa.
